  • Do I have to be home when you come to clean?

    No you don’t. You can provide us with access to your home with a key, a door/ garage code, you can buzz us in, or you can be there to let us in then leave if you like and we will be happy to lock up. Our company is also “LockBox Smart”, so we can provide a lockbox for your property to keep your key in there ready for your service.

  • What forms of payments do you accept?

    We accept credit cards & Venmo which you will pay after your service is complete & your invoice is sent to you. Credit card can be stored in our system and charged automatically after each visit. Payment is expected to be sent upon receiving the invoice.

  • What about my pets?

    We love animals! You know your pet best, so feel free to crate them or let them roam while we clean. Some pets are totally disinterested in us after the initial greeting, some attack vacuums or are scared… you can let us know what to expect and how we can accommodate our furry clients. If you feel your dog would be happier or more safe in their crate, please feel free, otherwise, they can roam free while we are there.

  • How do I get a quote?

    Contact us by emailing, calling, or filling out the “booking” form. We will schedule to meet at the arranged time, to ask our extensive list of questions for your preferences so we can provide everything you’re looking for, more, and can quote you properly. Then, we will send you a formal quote along with our New Client Package via email. Once you approve, you will officially be booked in as soon as possible.

  • Do you provide cleaning supplies?

    Yes! We provide all the cleaning supplies we will need to clean your home. We appreciate using your vacuum & mop if you have available, although we always have back up equipment with us if yours is unavailable.

  • Do I have the same cleaners everytime?

    Our goal is to provide you with the same cleaning team at each visit. With the occasion of illness or booked time off, we would send a different cleaner/team. The Classy standard is taught consistently to all our cleaners. If you are ever unsatisfied with your team, we will be sure to find the right fit for you.
